Based on a manga by Shindou L. – TSf is about a guy named Tucker who one day collapses due to a never-before-seen type of illness, but fear not an ambulance is caning but a pretty slow one of that, anyways after being taken to the hospital the doctors there then tell Tucker that there’s nothing they can do except there is, telling him that he was going to die was just another wholesome dr. prang cuz the reality a new type of medicine was conveniently made in the time it took for him to get to the hospital, however even though it saves his life that also flips his gender and so we follow Chuck of me as he has to learn how to deal with all the things that come with being a woman.
